11 years old.
Hope is from Turks & Caicos and Provo's new rising star.

UPDATE:
When Dimitri Maramenides (Hana Crew, AirRush, UltraNectar)
learned that Hope's favorite board was a borrowed adult-size Hana
Crew he had a custom HC board made especially for Hope's size. To
top that off he flew down to Turks & Caicos to deliver it. How
cool it that?? A famous kiteboarder shows up at your door with a
custom-made board for you. Fantastic! Dimitri has proven he is a
great kiteboarder in the past but here he proves he is a great guy
as well.
I hear Dimitri has also been spending a few days down
there instructing Hope on safe kiteboarding. Congratulations Hope
on getting such a cool gift and special thanks to Dimitri Maramenides
and the guys at Hana Crew for making the board.

UPDATE:
It was a very big kiteboarding day for Hope
today. We hit Long Bay with perfect side-on winds to where Hope
had to leave the beach going left. Well, Hope has been a one-way
kiteboarder, not ever having to go left (being she learned at Kite
Beach) and so never acquired the skills. Today with just a bit of
practice she was mastering the power stroke going left, riding left,
and when she would come towards the beach SHE WENT UPWIND EVERYTIME.
She was cutting upwind like me (the upwind Queen)! She would ride
right up to the beach kicking off her board as she got to the sand.
She was awesome today, absolutely awesome.
